I am a woman of God, wife to my amazing husband John, and stepmom to our beautiful daughter Becky.

Even while growing up, I organized my books, toys, and clothes, but it wasn't until adulthood that I realized I possessed a true talent & gift.  Prior to opening Better Life Organizing, my passion for helping others & talent to organize allowed me to chair multiple fundraising events, coach teams, and have successful careers in Government & Corporate America.

In recent years, we downsized from two very full houses into one much smaller villa.  Creating organizational systems, evaluating which items help reach our goals, and letting go of things that don’t, we are now truly enjoying our home.  We’re also preparing in advance for a difficult but unavoidable life transition.  We’ve experienced the heartache of losing loved ones and hope to make things a little easier for our family when that time comes.  By organizing personal belongings now, we’re able to care for our loved ones even after we're gone.
